Kiosk #1, Unescape Tmux
TMux, or Terminal Multiplexor, is a snazzy way of multi-tasking within a single terminal. With such things as creating window panes, multiple tabs, attaching and detaching sessions, it is a really neat way of souping up your terminal. While I've tried TMux and appreciate it, I've found myself using Terminator more and more and prefer it for its simplicity (and better mouse interactivity). Anyway, onto this challenge.
This Kiosk was located in front of the castle, just outside of the entrance.
A good site as mentioned in the hints is The TMux Cheat Sheet.
Upon logging in to the terminal, I am met with this greeting:
Can you help me?
I was playing with my birdie (she's a Green Cheek!) in something called tmux,
then I did something and it disappeared!
Can you help me find her? We were so attached!!
elf@802ff7c3edf6:~$
Knowing this is TMux, I can gather that there is a detached session here. I can view the detatched sessions with tmux list-sessions
:
elf@802ff7c3edf6:~$ tmux list-sessions
0: 1 windows (created Tue Dec 22 19:15:47 2020) [80x24]
To attach to that session, I use tmux attach -t 0
since 0 is the session number listed. Upon doing that I am greeted with:

You found her! Thank you!!!
Which, while difficult to really see in markdown, is a colorized picture of a Turtledove. Neato!
